Our itinerary will begin from my home in the heart of downtown Baveno. In the neighborhood, we will have the opportunity to visit a bakery, a store specializing in typical products and gastronomy, a delicious pastry shop and an inviting ice cream shop, all within walking distance in a few minutes. Along the way, we will engage in a fascinating food and wine journey, exploring authentic Piedmontese traditions. Baveno, a charming village on the shores of Lake Maggiore, revolves around a charming little square. We will spend time exploring this picturesque area before returning to my home. Together, we will have the opportunity to make delicious noodles, working the pasta with a rolling pin.

My son and I had a wonderful cooking experience with Gabriella and her husband. We were welcomed like family. And the time spent together preparing bruschetta, tiramisu, and risotto felt like we were cooking with cousins. Conversation was lively. Plenty of laughs. Fresh, local ingredients that were delicious. Gabriella guided us through each recipe. With her help, I finally understand what I’ve been doing wrong when I made risotto. And I have a copy of her recipe to try at home. It was a joy to cook with Gabriella. I highly recommend this cooking experience.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 course lunch with wine and coffee. Gabriela guided us through the preparation and cooking of our fresh Gnocchi. We also picked up lots of hints and tips for the prearartion of Aubergine starter and a Tiramasu sweet. We left with the recipes to prepare these at home. We really enjoyed the delicious food and this experience with Gabriela, highly recommended!
