We will take a tour of the Ballarò market famous for its street full of fruit, vegetable, meat and fish stores. The tour will end and we will go home to prepare the recipes for later tasting.

We will start with eggplant rolls fried and baked au gratin. We will make egg pasta and make "pasta alla norma " We will then devote you to the preparation of milk pudding, a famous historical Sicilian recipe.
