I look forward to welcoming you to my home for an unforgettable culinary experience. The appetizer features typical rustic Neapolitan taralli, enriched with oil, pepper, and almonds, accompanied by mini pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. Next, a first course of fresh pasta, a delicious lasagna dressed with Vesuvian tomatoes. I will then serve special croquettes accompanied by a seasonal side dish. We conclude with a dessert: a exquisite chocolate cake garnished with local Campanian hazelnuts. Both the welcome aperitif and the cooking demonstration focused on preparing the croquettes will make this gastronomic experience unique, as we discover the authentic flavors of Neapolitan tradition.

The watchword: cook with love and transmit the values of the earth, respecting and enhancing them. The oils, the vegetables, the wines... are all products of the Campania land.
