Your experience
Traditional New Year's Eve dinner in the warm atmosphere of an old farmhouse, tasting genuine and refined menus.
The menu includes:
- - appetizer: platter of cold cuts, cheeses, homemade ricotta, various jams, honey and dried fruits, chickpea mousse, olive pate with flavored bruschetta, fried egg with parmesan and truffle, vegetable caponatina.
- - first course: homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, topped with porcini mushrooms and truffle; homemade tagliatelle with wild boar ragout.
- - main course: arista with grapes and side of exotic salad.
- - dessert: winter fruit salad, zuppa inglese, variety of traditional desserts.
As per tradition, midnight lentils and sausage and New Year toast.

- The cooking demonstration with Eleanora was the highlight of our trip! She made us feel very welcome in her home, and she is a very passionate teacher. I highly recommend her classes.
- I had such a great time. Eleonora and her husband Angelo were such nice people. I had a 1:1 class and it was amazing. We made a handful of pasta shapes and then sat and had a delicious meal. All of the food was amazing and the class was very informative. Thank you again, I had so much fun.
- Eleonora gave as a great evening, opening up her spacious home for us. Had done a tremendous amount of prep time ahead of our arrival and was very gracious sharing her knowledge of Italian cuisine. Even better than the cooking was getting to know her personality and charm.
