Eleonora’s Cooking School

My name is Eleonora and I run a cooking school in the heart of Assisi, where I share my greatest passion every day: Umbrian cuisine. It is a welcoming place where you learn by doing, through recipes, techniques, and traditions, in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.The experiences end with a short tasting of the dishes prepared together, because the main goal of the cooking school is to pass on techniques and tips so that each guest can easily recreate the recipes at home.I live and work surrounded by the beauty of Umbria and its produce, which follows the rhythm of the seasons. In my cooking school, I like to share Umbrian culinary traditions with my guests, enhancing local flavors and using fresh ingredients grown in nearby fields.
