I am Eleonora, a true cooking enthusiast living in a charming farmhouse nestled in the Umbrian countryside. My greatest passion is preparing homemade pasta, using exclusively locally-sourced ingredients to ensure authentic and genuine flavors.I live surrounded by nature and its fresh produce, provided by the seasons and the surrounding area. I love sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, highlighting local flavors through the use of raw materials cultivated in the fields near my farmhouse.

Our experience with Eleonora was EASILY 10 stars...but we only have five to offer here! My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we took TWO classes during our stay in Assisi. (We are actually the couple photographed in the "Lasagna and cannelloni" class. First, we were treated to great wine and cheese from Stelvietti (across the street and a MUST visit), then the amazing and informative class. Afterwards we enjoyed our food and even had a bunch to bring home, where we enjoyed later on. A PERFECT activity for our stay in beautiful and magical Assisi!

Eleonora is the best! I had a wonderful time taking a pasta making class. She made it look so easy. I now have the confidence to make pasta at home. I highly recommend taking this class. We got to eat the ravioli that we made and it was yummy with the red sauce that Eleonora made.

This was such a fantastic experience! Our large family (10 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed every moment. The welcome, DELICIOUS charcuterie, fettuccine making, ravioli making; and then sitting down together to the ravioli we prepared - all while sipping excellent local wines - life just doesn’t get better! Eleonora finished our meal with a delicious, local version of tiramisu that was a huge hit with our family. This was very well managed and joyfully delivered. Eleanora is an absolute gem(!), and son Francesco is a sommelier with a great food and wine. Perhaps the strongest recommendation came the following day, when I heard few of my non-cooking, adult kids talking “I can’t wait to make fresh pasta for my housemates when I get home,” and “I want to practice pasta making as soon as we get back so I don’t forget.” Wish I could give this 6 stars!
