Eleonora’s Cooking School

I am Eleonora and I run a cooking school in the heart of Assisi, where every day I share my greatest passion: Umbrian cuisine.I lovingly dedicate myself to preparing homemade pasta, using exclusively locally sourced ingredients to ensure authentic and genuine flavors. I strongly believe in the value of local products and in the quality of ingredients from our region.I live and work surrounded by the beauty of Umbria and its seasonal produce. In my cooking school, I enjoy sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, enhancing local flavors and using fresh ingredients grown in the nearby fields.
