Join me to explore the art of traditional Italian cooking with a fresh, authentic twist. We’ll start by making homemade fresh egg pasta from scratch to create tagliatelle, served with two classic sauces: a vibrant Genovese pesto and a light fresh tomato and basil sauce. Using fresh ingredients, many picked from my own garden, we’ll bring bright colors and genuine flavors to every dish. To finish, we’ll prepare a warm chocolate lava cake—a perfect sweet ending to this experience. Everything will be paired with a glass of wine, all enjoyed with stunning lake views from my hometown of Pradello. I can’t wait to welcome you!

Our cooking experience with Patrizia was a wonderful experience. From the moment she welcomed us into her home with open arms, we felt like family. Her hospitality was absolutely outstanding, and the entire experience was warm, authentic, and unforgettable. The food was incredible — every dish we made was delicious, and learning to prepare it alongside her was such a joy. Patrizia and Luca were amazing hosts! First she helped us find a driver to her house which was all the way up the mountain with stunning views of the lake! Luca made us feel right at home and poured us a glass of red wine immediately! We made tiramisu and two different types of pastas. "My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers:  honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
