This cooking class will take place at a beautiful location, overlooking the breathtaking scenery of Lake Como. My home with large windows offering spectacular views of the Lombardy scenery, is the perfect place to spend a day learning how to cook delicious dishes with local products.We will put our hands to pasta, making tagliatelle and ravioli together. I will introduce you to and taste artisanal cheeses and cured meats, made by young farmers in the mountains of Lake Como. We will also cook risottos and lake fish; and then taste them together while admiring the wonderful view of the lake and the city of Como.

They are not buckwheat pizzoccheri, but if you love the flavors of Valtellina, you must try this variant as well. Depending on the seasons, we can prepare mushrooms or roast capon from our own free-range farm, "guitar strings" pasta with mutton ragout and pecorino cheese.Or, why not have a barbecue with pork ribs and arrosticini?Our signature dishes include: parmesan-style lamb tripe and lamb stew, lamb chops ready to be cooked- either over charcoal or Milanese style, barley soup and lasagna with goose ragout.For dessert, we will offer homemade jam tarts.

If you are dreaming of an unforgettable experience, don't miss the chance to spend a day in the alpine pasture in the Bitto Valley, near the village of Albaredo. We will prepare the famous Bitto cheese together, surrounded by beautiful nature, in contact with animals. We will have lunch in a mountain hut, enjoying the genuine products of Valtellina. The path to the refuge takes about 40 minutes and is suitable for families, best to wear hiking shoes. Also, by reservation, you can try the "fly emotion."I am waiting for you!
