I welcome you to my home in Lierna, a romantic location overlooking the waters of Lake Como, where I will guide you step by step in preparing a traditional Italian 3-course menu.
We’ll start with a welcome coffee to get to know each other and get ready to enjoy this experience together. Then, we’ll get to work: to begin our culinary journey, we’ll prepare a classic Italian appetizer, the traditional bruschetta. After the appetizer, we’ll get hands-on making fresh tagliatelle, which we’ll dress with a fragrant and flavorful tomato sauce. And to finish on a sweet note, we’ll make tiramisù together, the timeless classic of Italian dessert tradition. At the end of the experience, you’ll be able to recreate it in your own kitchen to impress friends and family.

- Anna’s cooking class was the highlight of our Lake Como vacation!! She immediately made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, fun, and thorough. I really enjoyed learning about the nuances of making pasta, and all of the factors that can affect how it comes out. The food we made was perhaps our favorite meal on the trip! Thank you Anna for such an amazing experience :)

"My cooking combines tradition, an eye on eating healthfully, careful attention to ingredients and a sense of lightness". Annamaria hosts us in her cozy and elegant house overlooking Lake Como. We are in Lierna, a small town full of history that dates back to ancient Rome. In this corner of paradise, immersed in quiet nature, we sample the wonderful delicacies prepared by Annamaria’s. Her recipes respect each season’s offerings and the local traditions, while focusing on creating a sense of lightness by carefully balancing the various ingredients.
