At my home, you’ll enjoy an authentic experience filled with genuine flavours, shared moments and memories to cherish. Together, we’ll mix flour and eggs to make handmade tagliatelle and ravioli, rediscovering the pleasure of simple things made with care. During the cooking class, you’ll sample local cheeses and cured meats accompanied by excellent local wine, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I’ll also teach you how to make a traditional tiramisu, a symbol of Italy’s most beloved cuisine. Finally, we’ll sit down together at the table to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared, with a stunning view of the lake, surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature.
