Pick Vegetables at the farm & Cook pasta

Hands-on cooking class with starter, pasta and dessert followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson

You will be welcomed into our 1600 Villa with coffee, we’ll walk through the garden, the vineyard, and we’llpick fresh vegetables (seasonal: not guaranteed from November to April) and herbs from our garden.

Our culinary offerings celebrate the rich Italian tradition, with menus that adapt to the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients so that our guests are guaranteed the highest possible quality. Our cooking class will begin with mixed bruschetta, prepared with our extra virgin olive oil that has been family-owned for three generations. The first course is always a homemade pasta experience, the sauce of which evolves in harmony with the fresh seasonal vegetables at our disposal. Dessert will be fresh fruit, enhanced with limoncello.
