Start your Venice experience with a stroll through the famous Rialto Market in the company of Venetian chef Lorenzo, discovering fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and the authentic flavours of local tradition.

You’ll then head back to the kitchen, where you’ll be guided step by step through the preparation of traditional Italian dishes. You’ll prepare a starter of Venetian cicchetti, which may vary depending on the season and availability of ingredients, followed by a delicious first course of fresh pasta served with a fresh, flavourful sauce, and to finish, something sweet: the king of desserts – tiramisu.

At the end of the cookery class, you can enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared yourself, accompanied by an excellent local wine.
