A journey through the flavors of Puglia at Villa Urso, our family home; an ancient villa built around the end of the 19th century, located in the beautiful countryside of Lecce, characterized by lush nature and the presence of numerous period villas (noble summer residences) built between the end of the 18th and early 1900s .
In each proposed dish you will savor the great love for cooking, which has characterized our family for generations.

Since we stopped working, we moved to the countryside in a family house built in 1800, where we have a rich orchard and we have fun preparing organic jams of all tastes. In winter we use the dining room, while in summer we organize dinners in the large garden."
