This was my favourite PUGLIA EXPERIENCE! Francesco and Francesca welcomed us with open arms in their home. Their hospitality has really warmed our hearts and made our trip to Italy worth wild! We were welcomed with some homemade focaccia, AMAZING burratta, wine and They have spent the night showing us how to make orecchiette by hand. We then ate the orecchiette and I must say they were the best I have ever had! We were pleasantly surprised by the most beautiful homemade strawberry tart made by Francesca. This was a delicious and heart warming experience. I highly recommend!

What it was supposed to be a cooking class turned out to be one of the most wonderful memorable experience in Puglia with Francesca and her lovely family, we can’t wait to show our family and friends what we learned with her. Esperienza a dir poco fantastica! Siamo stati accolti da Francesca con un ottimo aperirivo a base di una strepitosa focaccia barese e cordino. Successivamente abbiamo iniziato la preparazione della pasta ciceri e tria, con le interessanti spiegazioni di Francesca. Infine abbiamo pranzato tutti insieme in ottima compagnia e concludendo il pranzo con un buon caffè e gli sporcamuss. Ci è piaciuto veramente tanto e ringraziamo di cuore Francesca!
