Our evening with Francesca & her daughter was great! We learned about the local ingredients and method for making orecchiette and macaroni pasta. We had such a wonderful time cooking with Francesca and her lovely daughters! We learned how to make fresh orrechiete. We felt like family sitting at the table eating, sipping on wine and sharing stories! Francesca made everything from scratch including foccacia, meatballs and pasticiotto torte which was a favorite. Cooking with Francesca was a highlight of our two week trip to Puglia and we look forward to returning next year for her pizza class🥰 Grazie, Francesca, for such a fantastic time and special memories!
