Francesca‘s cooking class was absolutely fantastic. A group of five of us attended and we were made to feel right at home. Francesca‘s daughters helping also made the experience so homely. Can’t wait to knock up a batch of homemade pasta when we get home. It was a very relaxing experience. Thank you once again, Francesca.

This was my favourite PUGLIA EXPERIENCE! Francesco and Francesca welcomed us with open arms in their home. Their hospitality has really warmed our hearts and made our trip to Italy worth wild! We were welcomed with some homemade focaccia, AMAZING burratta, wine and They have spent the night showing us how to make orecchiette by hand. We then ate the orecchiette and I must say they were the best I have ever had! We were pleasantly surprised by the most beautiful homemade strawberry tart made by Francesca. This was a delicious and heart warming experience. I highly recommend!
