Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Elilia is my mother’s name. She was the one who taught me the secrets of fresh pasta. Ravioli and tagliatelle were always on our table and brightened up our celebrations. This cookery class will reveal all the secrets I learnt as a child, which I’ll be delighted to share with you.

With just a few simple ingredients, we’ll make egg pasta together, getting our hands dirty; whilst our dough rests, we’ll have fun making a classic coffee tiramisu; we’ll then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to make tagliatelle and ravioli, using a traditional, authentic recipe that never goes out of fashion and brings all generations together in the kitchen.
