At my home, you will enjoy the typical hospitality of the South, traditional dishes from my childhood, prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. I will welcome you to my Dammuso in the Ragusa countryside, where you will have the opportunity to see how I cook and, if you like, you can get your hands dirty. I will be happy to share recipes, experiences, and anecdotes with you.

- Salvina and her husband were gracious hosts. Our meal was excellent. There were regional flavours and dishes we had not experienced before. Their home is lovely and cozy. I highly recommend visiting them to anyone visiting the area.
- This was a wonderful experience. Salvina and her husband Angelo opened their beautiful home to us and created a memory of delicious Sicilian food, timeless tradition and lighthearted conversation . Mille Grazie Salvina!
- We had a wonderful evening with Salvina and Angelo. Salvina showed us how to cook cavatelli, raviolis, sauce, pizza and cannolis. Everything was delicious. Their appetizers were wonderful as was their homemade wine. We ended the evening with lemoncello and espresso. They were wonderful hosts and the evening was a highlight of our trip. Thank you!!
- Salvina and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we had home made wine, a demo of how Salvina makes her fresh pastries and pastas, she was so friendly and explained every step of the process! We had so much delicious food that it felt like I was going to explode! On top of that, we got some take aways and home made lemon cello, highly recommend
- We really enjoyed the evening with Salvina and Angelo. Salvina is an amazing cook. Everything was delicious. We had antipasto, a Sicilian version of focaccia (which looked like empanadas), a chickpea pastry, lasagna, pork with veggies and a sweet ricotta dessert in little wheel shaped pastries. Angelo provided his delicious home made wine. They were fun and gracious hosts and answered all our cooking questions. We would join them again in a heartbeat.
