Aperitif with local specialties
We will prepare appetizers using different techniques and various seasonal and local ingredients, and then enjoy them with a nice glass of wine or prosecco, good music and chatting with each other. My home will also be your home for a few hours and for when you want to come back, in the meantime I'll be waiting for you!
Sara was an excellent host that made my wife and I very comfortable! Her lessons were engaging and fun, and the conversation was relaxed and casual. The food was excellent, even if my ravioli was uneven! We're glad to have done this, it was a great part of our trip.

Sara was a complete superstar. My teenage boys and I loved our cooking and dining experience and Sara was an excellent teacher and host. She coped well with a group with differing ages and abilities and the food was delicious. Her apartment is beautiful. It’s is spacious light and very clean. My boys enjoyed the bonus of table football and eating outside on her terrace with its fragrant herb garden was so special.
