I’m originally from Rome, but I live in Maremma, where my passion for cooking has become a meeting point between two traditions: Roman and Tuscan.
Together with my wife, I will welcome you into our home for an intimate and authentic cooking class, during which we will prepare dishes that tell our story, like pasta alla carbonara. There won’t be a shortage of sweetness either, with cantucci dipped in vin santo or ricotta and sour cherry tart, made together and shared like family. During the class, we will knead, laugh, and discover aromas, local ingredients, and little cooking secrets passed down through generations. At the end of the course, we will all sit down together to enjoy the menu we created, accompanied by a good Morellino di Scansano!
