Your experience

Bagna Cauda is a signature dish from my region. In fact, every November in Piedmont, we celebrate Bagna Cauda Day. I propose a dinner where Bagna Cauda, served in traditional '"fojòt", takes center stage.

To start, I will present an appetizer of meat and tuna sauce, cooked with cooking stock and hard-boiled eggs, as per my grandmother's recipe. This will be followed by Bagna Cauda, accompanied by a wide selection of both cooked and raw vegetables, including cardoon, Castellazzo Bormida red turnip, oven-baked onions, and Jerusalem artichokes (don't worry: my grandmother also taught me the secrets to make Bagna Cauda easily digestible). To conclude on a sweet note, there's the unmissable chocolate salami flavored with vermouth. Don't miss out!

I love cooking the traditional dishes that made me love my grandmother: mixed boiled meat with green sauce, agnolotti, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, the protagonists of Sunday lunch. Also local dishes such as bagna cauda, rabatoni and then polenta with braised meat and cheeses. I also love pastry and I prepare jams that I use in desserts. The house specialty is risotto, with vegetables, strawberries and mushrooms. My husband is a sommelier so the correct wine subscription makes for a complete meal. We also have a wood-burning oven in which to cook bread, pizza and porridge and which we also use to grill and cook the leg or suckling pig in the oven.
