Sorsi e Morsi is the name of this incredibly traditional and equally delicious menu. Each course will be accompanied by one of our production wines, and we will have the opportunity to prepare together the famous Tajarin, a fresh egg pasta that we will dress with a succulent Piedmontese sausage ragout, all accompanied by a rich red wine. Next, we will delight the palate with vitello tonnato, paired with our Gavi d.o.c.g., a savory and aromatic white wine. To end on a sweet note, we will taste homemade peach jam tart, accompanied by a sweet Moscato, and Tiramisu, which is a must on any occasion.

Our Cesarina has the passion, but above all the pleasure of cooking, she loves conviviality, being at the table and sharing good food and good wine, which she produces together with her husband, here in Monferrato, a land of wines, culture and traditions. And in their cellar, in a suggestive environment, you can taste wines accompanied by typical products of the area.
