In this extraordinary experience, wine is the main ingredient in every dish you will be served. From first course to dessert, everything is prepared with wines and grapes from our cellar.
We will start with a Risotto al Gavi D.o.c.g., followed by a roast cooked in red wine and canestrelli al Vendemmia Tardiva, a sweet wine that is the pinnacle of the sugar concentration of the grapes, left to ripen to the maximum. This itinerary is designed for wine lovers, who will be able to taste our wines in our cellar, paired with selected glasses.
