In the heart of Bronte, on the slopes of Mount Etna, I invite you to enjoy a Sicilian cooking experience in the land that made the Pistacchio di Bronte DOP famous worldwide, our precious “green gold.” During the class, we will prepare a traditional three-course menu, getting hands-on while discovering techniques and secrets of Sicilian cuisine.

We will start with the arancino, the symbol of Sicilian street food, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, learning how to achieve the perfect coating and a rich, flavorful filling. We will continue with the true star of the day: fresh handmade cappellacci stuffed with ricotta and Bronte pistachio, a creamy and enveloping combination that enhances this exceptional ingredient. We will finish on a sweet note with an irresistible tiramisu.
