Your experience

From appetizer, to dessert, to wine you will find the Veneto and its traditions. Cicchetti accompanied by a good wine, made with lightly toasted bread, vegetable creams (always seasonal and Km 0 ) cooked in creative ways, vegetable meatballs and white polenta (slow food product ) with "saor" (white onions cooked Venetian style).

Typical Venetian fresh pasta: Bigoli al torchio with seasonal condiments and, finally, the top of our desserts: Tiramisu with pasteurized eggs.

You will find a cheerful and artistic ambience, surrounded by greenery in front of an artificial canal from the 1300s.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Catia was extremely welcoming and taught us a great deal about not just the techniques behind cooking, but the historical culture as well. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone and anyone! Thank you again for your hospitality Catia, and I hope to return again one day.

My wife and I attended Catia’s cooking class yesterday and had a wonderful afternoon. She welcomed us so warmly and impressed us with her extensive knowledge and the care with which she explained everything. We particularly loved learning to make pasta in such an authentic, traditional way... and everything tasted absolutely delicious! Catia went above and beyond to make the afternoon special, even making sure we got safely back to central Padua afterwards. That personal attention and kindness made the experience all the more memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for delicious food, authentic Italian cooking and a truly welcoming host. Thank you, Catia!

Catia is a wonderful host! We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. We really enjoyed the stroll through her vegetable garden. We learnt a lot about the local cuisine. We prepared dinner together. The highlight was making the pasta using the historic pasta machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Catia and will look back on it fondly!!! It was an exceptionally lovely evening!

I had the great pleasure of meeting Catia during the Company Team Building event. It was a wonderful evening, not only because of Catia's skill in organizing and the various activities we did together, but also because of her ability to convey passion and attention to detail in the kitchen and in everything she does. Catia made us feel right at home; she knew how to create an atmosphere of spontaneity, lightness, and enjoyment that truly made a difference.

I booked this experience for a special birthday and it turned out to be even better than we expected. Catia, together with her beautiful cats, is a super cook and hostess – friendly, kind and very welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and well-informed. We prepared cicchetti, bigoli and tiramisu together, which she then served to us on her beautiful veranda. The dishes of Venetian tradition taste even better and are more vibrant with her very interesting and creative ideas. Everything was truly delicious. I highly recommend this experience, it will definitely remain in our hearts!

Catia, our Cesarina, lives on the outskirts of Padua, a city full of treasures to be discovered. Art, culture, history and gastronomy, imposing squares, alleys and shops, nothing is really missing. Even in our Cesarina's home nothing is missing: delicacies that trace the typical Venetian and Paduan flavors, made with raw materials, most of which come from farms in the area.
