    Our cuisine is inspired by traditional recipes, reinterpreted with a modern touch and always using fresh ingredients. We will harvest vegetables from our small garden and fry them in extra virgin olive oil, wrapped in a light rice batter. Our ravioli will be made with eggs from our own coop, filled with artisanally smoked lake fish, and served with a delicate parsley sauce, following tradition, enriched with a touch of char caviar. To finish, we will prepare the traditional Lake Como cake, a rustic dessert made with bread, corn flour, apples, pears, and grapes.

    Our food making and cooking experience with Debora was truly amazing. Five stars are not enough to describe how fascinating it was. Debora is kind, authentic and very well knowledgeable about food ingredients. She explained everything clearly while guiding us through the pasta preparation process. We enjoyed some nice aperitifs while chatting about traditions and culture. It was much more than culinary experience and cooking class.

    This cooking class was the absolute highlight of our Italy trip. Debora is a fantastic host sharing her home, her food and her stories. The pasta we made was delicious and it was lot of fun making it with Debora as our teacher. My kids are 4 and 7 declared it was the best food they had eaten in Italy - high praise indeed!
