Private Experience
Your experience

From starters to desserts, every dish tells the story of Veneto and its most authentic culinary traditions. We’ll start with a selection of cicchetti accompanied by a fine local wine.

We’ll continue with fresh pasta typical of the Venetian tradition: bigoli al torchio, dressed with seasonal ingredients that bring out its authentic flavour. To finish, the great classic of Italian pastry: tiramisu made with pasteurised eggs. The experience takes place in a cheerful and creative setting, surrounded by greenery and overlooking a picturesque historic canal dating back to the 14th century, offering a journey through the flavours of Veneto, combining taste, conviviality and tradition.

I booked this experience for a special birthday and it turned out to be even better than we expected. Catia, together with her beautiful cats, is a super cook and hostess – friendly, kind and very welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and well-informed. We prepared cicchetti, bigoli and tiramisu together, which she then served to us on her beautiful veranda. The dishes of Venetian tradition taste even better and are more vibrant with her very interesting and creative ideas. Everything was truly delicious. I highly recommend this experience, it will definitely remain in our hearts!

Excellent experience, both in terms of cuisine and on a personal level. Catia is a kind and loving host, sensitive to needs and very knowledgeable. The vegan cheese was super, as were the ricotta, stracchino and truly special ravioli! Our 2-year-old was also pampered and entertained. Highly recommended!

Catina was incredibly friendly, and we could truly feel her love for Italian cuisine, especially the dishes from her hometown. We enjoyed warm and comfortable hospitality in her beautiful home. This cooking class offers a wide variety of dishes to enjoy, and making pasta by hand was particularly fun. We had a wonderful time cooking while chatting with her. It is a cooking class well worth visiting—I highly recommend it.

I booked a vegan cooking class experience as a birthday gift for my wife. Catia welcomed us with a smile and her five beautiful cats. We chatted for a bit and then immediately started cooking. The menu included: - soy stracchino served with whole wheat flatbreads with oily seeds - cashew nut aged cheese flavored with herbs - ravioli filled with almond ricotta and spinach - vegan tiramisu It took a while to prepare everything but it was absolutely worth it! Everything was delicious, but the cashew nut aged cheese and the tiramisu literally captivated us! Catia answered all our questions and generously shared her experience with us, so we could recreate those delicacies at home! Thank you!

Catia, our Cesarina, lives on the outskirts of Padua, a city full of treasures to be discovered. Art, culture, history and gastronomy, imposing squares, alleys and shops, nothing is really missing. Even in our Cesarina's home nothing is missing: delicacies that trace the typical Venetian and Paduan flavors, made with raw materials, most of which come from farms in the area.
