Private Experience
Your experience
From starters to desserts, every dish tells the story of Veneto and its most authentic culinary traditions. We’ll start with a selection of cicchetti accompanied by a fine local wine.
We’ll continue with fresh pasta typical of the Venetian tradition: bigoli al torchio, dressed with seasonal ingredients that bring out its authentic flavour. To finish, the great classic of Italian pastry: tiramisu made with pasteurised eggs. The experience takes place in a cheerful and creative setting, surrounded by greenery and overlooking a picturesque historic canal dating back to the 14th century, offering a journey through the flavours of Veneto, combining taste, conviviality and tradition.

- Irene and I cooked with Catia, a magnificent experience culminating in a very good cheesecake. Clean environment and great professionalism from Catia. An experience to try!!
- Catina was incredibly friendly, and we could truly feel her love for Italian cuisine, especially the dishes from her hometown. We enjoyed warm and comfortable hospitality in her beautiful home. This cooking class offers a wide variety of dishes to enjoy, and making pasta by hand was particularly fun. We had a wonderful time cooking while chatting with her. It is a cooking class well worth visiting—I highly recommend it.
- I booked a vegan cooking class experience as a birthday gift for my wife. Catia welcomed us with a smile and her five beautiful cats. We chatted for a bit and then immediately started cooking. The menu included: - soy stracchino served with whole wheat flatbreads with oily seeds - cashew nut aged cheese flavored with herbs - ravioli filled with almond ricotta and spinach - vegan tiramisu It took a while to prepare everything but it was absolutely worth it! Everything was delicious, but the cashew nut aged cheese and the tiramisu literally captivated us! Catia answered all our questions and generously shared her experience with us, so we could recreate those delicacies at home! Thank you!
- I was with 3 of my friends visiting Padova and we decided to try our hand at making Pasta. From the moment wr get out of the cab we were eelcomed like family. Catia was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was very patient with us as beginners. Her home was very clean and a beautiful table was set for us to eat at. She picked a pumpkin out of her garden for the filling of our ravioli. She also picked fresh yomatoes and basil out of her garden for the sauce of our Bigoli. She took us stop by step thourgh making ravioli, tortelloni and Bigoli. She made appetizers that melted in our mouth. The Pasta dishes were so yummy and we finished the meal with the Tiramisù we made ! A few glasses of red wine were drank throughout the night. The whole evening was a great experience to share with friends . I would do this again! It was so much fun!
- We had an amazing experience with Catia at our cooking class at her beautiful home. Catia made us feel welcomed immediately. Her dining room table was all set up for the eating experience that would take place after learning to cook freshly made pasta and tiramisu. Catia gave us a history lesson on where and when tiramisu was first made. We made an amazing red sauce with fresh tomatoes from her garden. Catia made us fabulous cicchettis to enjoy while waiting for our meal to cook. Our meal, of course with the help of Catia, was one of the best foods we have ever eaten.

Art, culture, history and gastronomy, imposing squares, alleys and shops, nothing is really missing. Even in our Cesarina's home nothing is missing: delicacies that trace the typical Venetian and Paduan flavors, made with raw materials, most of which come from farms in the area.
