: I absolutely loved my culinary experience with Alessandra! She is warm, welcoming, incredibly kind, and an excellent teacher. Her passion for Italian cuisine shines through, and she takes the time to explain everything with patience and clarity. I highly recommend her cooking class to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Forio Ischia.
: My husband, 16yo son and I took a class with Alessandra, and she was wonderful! She accommodated our request to learn about the local cuisine of rabbit. We made gnocchi, potato croquette appetizer, rabbit in a delicate sauce and chocolate torte. All were delicious and easy enough for us to make again at home. She offered to use gluten free ingredients for my needs at multiple steps. She provided restaurant recommendations for later in our stay too. She was also responsive in all our planning leading up to our class. We would recommend her highly!!
: Alessandra was a brilliant host and we had a fun time. She explained things well and answered all of our questions. We loved the food and will definitely be trying to recreate the food back at home.
