- Amazing! We loved our experience with Alessandra, you can tell she has a real passion and respect for food. She asked what we wanted so we went with coniglio alla ischitana (rabbit) which is a typical dish from Ischia, and rather difficult to have in the restaurant as you often have to order it in advance. We got everything fresh from the market which was at walking distance, the wine was local and made by a friend of hers and was amazing. She also gave us useful tips and recommendations for the rest of our stay in ischia. We went back to the same market for cheap souvenirs and to grab stuff for a picnic a few days later.

- Our group of three had the BEST time with Alessandra! She is an amazing cook and a great teacher. The food was incredible and very generous with her time teaching and explaining things. Thank you Alessandra!!

- Alessandra war eine nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Da ich nicht weiß wieviel von den von uns an cesarine bezahlten 260€ ! Bei Alessandra angekommen sind, möchte ich hier nur anfügen, dass wir den Kochkurs als völlig überteuert ansehen. Wir hatten keine Vorspeise, nur 1 Hauptgang und ein Dessert. Zum Essen gab es eine Sorte Wein und Wasser.
