With my passion for cooking, I will guide you step by step in the preparation of a true Neapolitan pizza. We'll start with the dough, using organic flours, we'll choose the best ingredients together and I'll reveal the secret to perfect baking. We will accompany the pizza with a glass of Falanghina or Aglianico wine. I will combine family traditions with knowledge gained from courses with renowned master pizza makers. To finish, you will enjoy a fresh lemon sorbet, prepared with lemons from my garden. A unique experience that you can replicate at home, to make authentic artisanal pizza.

- Make sure you show up hungry because you will be leaving very full. Got a class in making homemade fettuccine. The meat was fantastic! Warning you will suffer a food coma eating at Ana's. Don't forget to ask for the limoncello (fantastic and homemade) and the espresso. She was a great host and a good time!
- An incredible experience with Anna, who is very kind and attentive. She took care to brush up on her French, and we had a wonderful time sharing and enjoying ourselves. Our 10-year-old daughter also loved it. The recipes were excellent: tagliatelle, ravioli, tiramisu, and pizzette. Thank you very much, Anna!
