We'll start with the dough, using organic flours, we'll choose the best ingredients together and I'll reveal the secret to perfect baking. We will accompany the pizza with a glass of Falanghina or Aglianico wine. I will combine family traditions with knowledge gained from courses with renowned master pizza makers. To finish, you will enjoy a fresh lemon sorbet, prepared with lemons from my garden. A unique experience that you can replicate at home, to make authentic artisanal pizza.
