I’m opening the doors to my kitchen to share with you two great classics of Neapolitan tradition, prepared exactly as they have been passed down to me by my family.

Together we’ll make a creamy pasta and potato dish, one of the signature dishes of Neapolitan cuisine – simple yet full of flavour and memories. Then we’ll turn our attention to aubergine parmigiana: every Neapolitan family has its own recipe, and I’ll teach you my mother’s – a light yet incredibly flavourful version that brings out the very best in the ingredients of our region. Whilst we cook, we’ll relax with a glass of excellent Campania wine, and I’ll share with you the interesting facts, traditions and little secrets that make these recipes so special.
