You only choose the amount and the occasion. Everything else — which experience, in which city, with whom, when — is decided by whoever receives the gift.

My wife and I attended an Umbrian cooking class with Claudia at her lovely home. Her charming husband Francesco was also present. It was a wonderful day in the company of two very kind and engaging people. They opened up their home and kitchen to us and treated us like family. Claudia talked us through the ingredients and technique behind making strangozzi, an archetypal Umbrian pasta. We had some cold cuts and cheese to start which we bought at a local market in the morning, and some delicious montefalco wine. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish and we would wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks Claudia and Francesco - we will be back!

The experience with Olga was amazing. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we felt welcomed by Olga in her home. Her expertise, friendly-ness and patience with us making pasta for the first time was absolutely lovely. You can tell Olga is passionate about cooking and we felt blessed to be able to learn from such an artist. I would highly recommend taking a class with Olga!

The cooking class with Aurora exceeded our expectations. One of the people in our party is celiac and can only eat gluten free food. Aurora was nice enough to do a gluten free cooking class for us .. with Amarone Risotto, creamy polenta with gorgonzola (which was the best polenta I ever tasted), and 2 desserts .. a gf chocolate cake and 1 dessert with gluten .. tiramisu. Aurora was a pleasure and she also had Manuel who translated her Italian into English for us. Suffice it to say that our group had a great time with Aurora and we highly recommend her cooking class.
