Giuliana and her sons made us feel so welcome and at home. We truly enjoyed making tirimisu and homemade ravioli. We shared American traditions and Italian traditions. Genny and her husband were so warm and friendly that it genuinely felt like we were being hosted by an Italian family, which was exactly the experience we were hoping for. It was just my partner and me that day, so it ended up feeling like a private cooking class. Genny showed us how to make tiramisu and walked us through the different kinds of ragù, explaining how and why each one is made the way it is. As much as we loved the cooking, the conversation over lunch afterwards was just as special. Sitting at the table talking with Genny and her husband is the part we’ll remember most. Thank you both for having us. We’d recommend this to anyone who wants a real taste of Tuscan home cooking and hospitality.

It couldn't have gone better. With Benedetta, you really get your hands dirty and learn by doing. I was able to knead my own flour, roll it out, fill the sheets, and seal ravioli and plin, with the satisfaction of eating a product actually "created" by me. It felt like spending a morning with a dear friend, cooking, chatting, and having fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a human experience in addition to a true professional.
