Our group of 4 ladies really enjoyed our day with Mimma - it was wonderful to be in her kitchen after our trip to the market and to the dairy. The preparation was really hands on, her explanations clear and we thoroughly enjoyed eating what we had made at the end. Her accomodation of my being Lactose intolerant was really appreciated.

We took the pasta class in Bologna with Federica and loved every minute of it. She was so thoughtful, with drinks and snacks ready for us from the start. She spent a lot of time teaching us how to make a true Bolognese the way it's done in Bologna, and then we made several different types of pasta together. Federica answered all of our questions and was very thorough. We learned exactly how to tell when the pasta is done, plus many different ways to shape tortellini. The dessert was easy to follow, and everything we made was delicious. We would recommend this class to anyone visiting Bologna.

What an amazing day we had with Gina! She made us feel like family! We learned so much about making the traditional Sicilian breads including sfincione and Faccia di Vecchia and even made a bit of pasta! The whole day was absolutely perfect. The cooking lesson with Paola was an educational and truly pleasant experience! Paola shared many tips and tricks for preparing exceptional pumpkin tortelli and a delicious tiramisu. She guided me with great passion, teaching me the technique to close the tortelli perfectly. The welcome was equally special, with a delicious homemade cake. Paola made me feel at ease immediately, creating a convivial atmosphere. An experience I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to learn the secrets of traditional cuisine in a warm and family-like atmosphere!
