What an experience we had. Our travel agent booked a pasta making class for me and my two adult children. Our first time in Rome and the experience was amazing! Valeria and Valentina were delightful. A few minutes into meeting them it felt like cooking with old friends. They intertwined tips and tricks along with technique and in a short time we were eating the wonderful pasta we made together. I would highly recommend taking a few hours out of your trip for this! Totally worth it and we have beautiful memories of our trip and time together.

What a wonderful experience!! It ended up just being the 4 of us (husband and 10 year-old twins) in the lovely back patio/garden of their home overlooking the cliffs and water. Rocco and Carla were so kind and welcoming and engaged with our kids. We were there in the middle of a July heat wave but were still very comfortable, with fans around and the breeze off the water. We came on bus then foot from a swim at Fiordo Di Furore, so the water, wine, and appetizer they prepared at our arrival were very welcome!! And the food was delicious!! We all enjoyed learning the different pasta shapes and tools and tricks to make it. And the dessert cups were fun to assemble and a sweet treat at the end. We highly recommend this experience and would to return one day.
