This was by far one of the best activities we did on our 2 week trip in Italy. Rossana and her husband welcomed us into their home and taught us how to make several outstanding recipes. Everything was so fun, the food was beyond delicious, and we learned simple ways to prepare these recipes at home! The best part was getting to know Rossana and her husband. By the time we left their home, we felt like old friends. I would definitely take a class from Rosanna again! More than anything, I hope to meet Rossana and her husband again as they are now friends!

The experience was wonderful! Cristiana welcomed us warmly and made us feel welcome right away. We learned how to make canederli, and time flew by between kneading the dough and one laugh after another. P.S: we have already tried to recreate the canederli at home, and they turned out great.
