This was the highlight of our entire cruise! It was so easy to find the location. It was just a 2 block walk from where the cruiseship shuttle drops you off in Livorno. Luciana was a great teacher. Easy to understand her and her husband. We made ravioli! There was so much more beautiful food that we had before making the ravioli and then we also got to enjoy the ravioli we made. The homemade tiaramasu was the best I ever had. The wine and after dinner drinks, coffee were all top notch! I can't say enough about how wonderful our hosts were! The conversation flowed easily. It seemed like we were friends forever. Don't miss this experience. It was so worth it! I would attach photos, but this site doesnt seem to allow it.

This was hands down the best part of our trip! Joseph and Rosabella welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. We had such a wonderful time and learned how easy and fun it can be to make pasta at home. Joseph shared so much interesting information about the area and its history, while Rosabella provided us with simple, clear cooking instructions. Both were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication and updates before the excursion were excellent as well. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Messina. It was a truly memorable experience and a highlight of our trip!

Enrico and Cristina were magnificent hosts!!! On top of learning to cook the best oso bucco and risotto I've ever had, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and so much fun to be around. I felt like we were all family, in the best way. 1000% recommend anyone to book a class. It exceeded or expectations and will be a lasting memory of our time in Milan.
