We booked a private Neapolitan cooking class with Rosa and Sean on our honeymoon, and it was the highlight of our time in Naples. Both were wonderful teachers, patient, warm, and clearly passionate about their craft. They went well beyond technique. Along with showing us how to cook, they explained the history behind each recipe and the significance of the ingredients, which made the meal mean far more than just following steps. They also gave us excellent recommendations around Naples, which shaped the rest of our trip. We left full, happy, and with skills we'll actually use at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic experience, not a tourist class.

Definitely the best and most memorable experience of my trip ! Alessandra is an amazing teacher with vast experience and breaks it down for you so you are able to do it from beginning to end and see the results!! In addition the experience of being with her , the surroundings and in her kitchen and getting literally a taste of the real Italian experience is priceless ! I recommend any visitor to Sorrento to do this even if you cant cook ..go for the experience because doing it with Alessandra is going to make you feel to go home and try it !
