Hi from Alice!

I like to cook a bit of everything, but I mostly love preparing desserts (I have a qualification as a pastry chef) and on Sundays I often like to prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle or filled pasta; all this takes me back to when I was a child and in my grandmother's kitchen, on Sunday mornings, the scent of egg pasta reigned.Finally I'm studying to qualify as a sommelier: my origins in Valpolicella, moreover, could only make me love the extraordinary world of wine.
