    We will prepare different types of fresh egg pasta, colored with different ingredients (beet, cocoa, spinach or other ingredients, depending on the season), even with fillings. Then we can cook the pasta together and taste it, paired with a homemade sauce. The exceeding pasta can be taken home (cooked). I'm looking forward to host you.

    I like to cook a bit of everything, but I mostly love preparing desserts (I have a qualification as a pastry chef) and on Sundays I often like to prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle or filled pasta; all this takes me back to when I was a child and in my grandmother's kitchen, on Sunday mornings, the scent of egg pasta reigned. Finally I'm studying to qualify as a sommelier: my origins in Valpolicella, moreover, could only make me love the extraordinary world of wine.
