We will enter the world of pizza, a dish loved and replicated around the globe. We will begin with the basics, following the classic recipe and using a high-quality flour blend that will give the dough an unmistakable homemade aroma. Next, we will prepare the pizzas and top them with premium mozzarella, adding ingredients as desired to personalize each pizza. Everyone will have the opportunity to stuff their own pizza to their own taste. In addition, we will engage in the preparation of a delicious tiramisu, respecting the Venetian tradition.

: We had the absolute pleasure of taking an Italian cooking class with Aurora, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Aurora warmly welcomed us into her home and immediately created a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Even though there were language barriers, we communicated wonderfully with Google Translate and hand gestures. Aurora was incredibly well-prepared: there were delicious snacks and drinks, and she guided us step by step through making traditional pasta and a delicious tiramisu. She explained everything so well that we felt confident and well taken care of throughout the class. The evening ended with a lovely meal together, great conversation, and even thoughtful gifts from her. It was an educational, intimate, and truly beautiful evening that we highly recommend to anyone. : Es war ganz wundervoll. Wir haben den Kochkurs an meinem Geburtstag gebucht und er hat ihn zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Die Rezepte werden wir aufjedenfall noch ganz oft nachkochen.
