- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!

- We had the absolute BEST time at our cooking class with Aurora and her interpreter Norika! It was a highlight of our Italy vacation! Aurora was so welcoming and her home was beautiful. The pasta making was so much fun and absolutely delicious! We learned so much and cannot wait to recreate them at home. We cannot recommend this enough. This is a must do!!! Thank you so much again we loved our visit!
