Therefore, in this experience, I will lead my guests step by step to the creation of tasty "openers" that can vary adapting to various needs,including vegetarian and vegan. And above all, an attempt will be made to tease the creative spirit that is in each of us by creating recipes that, in addition to goodness, will also be appreciated for their presentation.

Our time and experience with Maria was fantastic. We had an absolute blast learning to make ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu and just talking about our lives and past experiences. Maria's house and personality were very warm and welcoming and we would love to return in the future.

Our Cesarine experience with Maria was outstanding. She welcomed us into her lovely home and immediately we felt comfortable and relaxed. She taught us how to prepare authentic Italian pasta Tagliatelle and Ravioli, and the classic Tiramisu! She also prepared for us an appetiser of delicious antipasti, all of which was suited to our dietary preferences - we really felt like we had been invited to a friends house for dinner. A truly unique experience we will never forget, I would recommend to anyone who wants a taste of authentic Italian home cooking and warm hospitality! Grazie Mille Maria!

I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
