And above all, an attempt will be made to tease the creative spirit that is in each of us by creating recipes that, in addition to goodness, will also be appreciated for their presentation.

Maria was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome in her home. Maria was a great teacher and made the experience so much fun. She checked the previous day for any food intolerance and preferences and the food we made was delicious. A massive thank you to Maria for making it such a great experience.

I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
