Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your experience
  • Vegetarian stuffed egg pasta
  • Vegetarian tagliatelle
  • Tiramisù with coffee and cocoa

Enjoy an appetizer in my garden, I live 2 km away from Lake Garda, in 10 minutes by car you'll be in Bardolino.

After getting to know each other, we will enjoy some appetizers and then get down to business! Together we will prepare two types of typical fresh pasta from Veneto according to your preferences (tagliatelle, cannelloni, tortellini with vegetarian fillings, gnocchi with tomato sauce etc.) and I will teach you different ways to serve the legendary coffee tiramisù. All this accompanied by good wine, calm and lots of smiles. All the recipes I offer have been handed down from woman to woman in my family. Kneading together is a unique experience of sharing; it is an act of caring for oneself and others.

I love making bread and pizza with sourdough and a minimum 24-hour fermentation, fresh pasta (like tagliatelle, gnocchi, and tortellini filled with herbs and typical cheeses, or with pumpkin), and risottos (such as Amarone and Monte Veronese or vegetable risottos from my garden). In our home, we are all vegetarians/vegans, so I prefer ingredients of plant origin. However, I can also cook well with animal-based ingredients if guests want to try some typical Venetian dishes! For example, risotto with "tastasal" (sausage), boiled meat with "pearà," "pokenta," and stew.
