I will welcome you to my home, which for me is the most precious asset after the family itself. For me, guests are very important, as I like to create experiences that allow us to share pleasant memories, destined to remain indelible in the memory and hearts of each of us.
We will begin by preparing a selection of bruschetta, using homemade bread baked in a wood-fired oven, with different variations that will please all palates. Subsequently we will work toghether on the preparation of tagliatelle or ravioli ( you can choose at the moment) to be seasoned with sauces that i will prepare according to seasonality. We are in the Veneto region, I can't help but forget to prepare the famous coffè tiramisù, a true delight for the palte! I look forward to seeing many of you!

- I want to leave a very special review for this amazing culinary experience we had with our host Chef Aurora in Verona ♥️. She was truly amazing! A lovely human being with so much love, candor, and a true passion for cooking and for Italy 🇮🇹. She made us feel more than welcome in her home, and introduced us to some of her most special recipes, while at the same time making sure we enjoyed every moment of the day with her ♥️. She explained her recipes, her methodology for cooking, and how she uses all sorts of fresh ingredients from her home grown garden which is amazing 🤩! Aurora is truly a master in the kitchen but her food goes beyond cooking 🧑🍳 since she pours her heart and soul into her dishes which were simply exquisite 😍. I highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to the north of Italy even if not staying in Verona like us, since it us a short daytrip from Milan or Venice and will be the highlight of your trip I assure you! - Aurora ,Carmelita and Zoey were all amazing hosts . The cooking classes we attended was one of the best I have been too. This was a wonderful experience. Aurora is an authentic Italian chef who is so personable and attentive to everyone. We had a group of six that made a great Italian meal. What an experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you Aurora , Carmelita and Zoey for making us feel at home.
- Aurora's cooking class and dinner was truly the highlight of our trip to Verona. She is such a warm, thoughtful host with great knowledge of cooking. She taught us how to make tiramisu, egg pasta and gnocchi! It was such a fun experience and I learned so much about Italian cooking and techniques. I highly recommend this experience - it is so thoughtfully curated and Aurora is excellent!
- Highly recommend!! Aurora was the best teacher! She was patient, so much fun, and a wealth of knowledge. She would not only teach you her methods, but also why you do things and how to modify to your taste. We were a party ranging from a 10 year old to experienced cooks and everyone learned and had a blast. She made us feel like family and made us feel so welcome in her very lovely home. The lesson was hands on and the food was so delicious! Everything we had hoped for and more. Definitely definitely take a class from her. It will be the highlight of your trip!
