Hi from Barbara!

Barbara welcomes us in Montepulciano Station, a historic village nestled on the hills in the province of Siena, near the characteristic medieval village is surrounded by three circular walls and is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the area. If you see it for yourself, you'll soon understand why: the old town sprawls over a steep hill, adorned with stunning towers and steeples, while its square opens onto the breathtaking panorama of the Tuscan countryside. Our Cesarina’s country house encapsulates this charming atmosphere. Her beautiful wine cellar is home to dozens of aging bottles of local wine, and the rest of the apartment is warm and welcoming. It is here that Barbara serves us her local specialties; simple, but with sterling character and unforgettable taste.

What an experience this is! We joined Barbara on our honeymoon and the most amazing time. She is so lovely and we learnt how to make some incredible food, some of the best we had whilst in Italy! We felt really welcome and had a lot of fun, we'd 100% recommend!

Barbara's cooking class was absolutely amazing. We joined a group of seven and got to learn how to make pici pasta, tiramisu and gnocchi in Barbara's lovely home. There was great wine served and the food was so yummy.

My family of 5 (including two teenage boys and a 6yo girl) had the BEST time cooking with Barbara in her beautiful home. She not only taught and assisted us in making ravioli, pici, tomato sauce, and tirimisu, she served us when it was all ready, provided wine, and even sent us all the recipes afterward! She was accommodating to our special requests and everything was absolutely delicious. Everything was premeasured - it was like being on a cooking show. My family agrees it was one of the best days of our trip. Highly, highly recommend.
