Hello! I’m Giuditta,I am deeply in love with Naples, the city where I was born and where I’m fortunate enough to live.I grew up in a family where joy, tradition, and cooking fill the air. From a young age, I started helping my grandmother, who would cook traditional dishes for the whole family on Sundays, like homemade fettuccine, meatballs in ragù, and meat Genovese.I spent six months in Paris, where Uncle Luigi ran a well-known Neapolitan trattoria near the Opéra. He taught me how to perfect the typical dishes of Neapolitan tradition.For me, cooking is Love, Passion!I graduated as a chef from the Gambero Rosso culinary school and worked in several luxury restaurants and hotels in Capri, Rome, and Milan, where I learned the secrets of many Italian recipes, including risottos. I also love experimenting, combining different Italian recipes.
