Hello! I’m Giuditta, I am deeply in love with Naples, the city where I was born and where I’m fortunate enough to live. I grew up in a family where joy, tradition, and cooking fill the air. From a young age, I started helping my grandmother, who would cook traditional dishes for the whole family on Sundays, like homemade fettuccine, meatballs in ragù, and meat Genovese. I spent six months in Paris, where Uncle Luigi ran a well-known Neapolitan trattoria near the Opéra. He taught me how to perfect the typical dishes of Neapolitan tradition. For me, cooking is Love, Passion! I graduated as a chef from the Gambero Rosso culinary school and worked in several luxury restaurants and hotels in Capri, Rome, and Milan, where I learned the secrets of many Italian recipes, including risottos. I also love experimenting, combining different Italian recipes.
