Our passion for cooking is deeply rooted in the rich Neapolitan and Procidan tradition, subtly enhanced with a touch of innovation and creativity. The recipes we used to see being prepared in our family from childhood serve as an endless source of inspiration. Among our favorite dishes are escarole pizza, Procidan rabbit, pasta with mussels, and lemon salad. Our wish is that each guest carries home an unforgettable memory of a unique culinary experience, enriched by the warmth of good company.
