Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Our experience combines the tradition and the view! Our villa, located in Vomero, one of the most beautiful areas of Naples, has a fascinating history that starts in the early 1900s, we will tell you about it while we cook together the traditional foods of Neapolitan cuisine!

You will be able to cook on our beautiful terrace while admiring in front of us the Gulf of Naples, Vesuvio and Capri island. The course begins with a tasty appetizer: eggplant meatballs! We will create the dough and fry them together, lastly adding a sprinkling of our lemons from the garden! We will continue with a homemade pasta with a tomato and basil sauce picked from the terrace. Last but not least: tiramisu with coffee made with the traditional Neapolitan coffee machine. We are looking forward to host you!
