The gnocchi cooking class with Claudia was absolutely wonderful. Claudia and her husband Francesco were very gracious and welcoming in their home. I had booked the class for my husband’s 74th birthday. He does not have a lot of cooking experience but has fond memories of his grandmother making gnocchi and was excited to learn. Claudia was patient, helpful and accommodating in her instruction. We prepared both the sauce and the gnocchi as well as bruschetta appetizers. The food was amazing! Her table setting was lovely and we had very relaxed conversations with her, her husband and daughter. Claudia prepared a traditional Umbrian dessert complete with candles to celebrate. Francesco took many photos to commemorate the occasion. This was truly a memorable evening. Thank you Claudia and Francesco - Grazie Mille!
