How it works

You only choose the amount and the occasion. Everything else — which experience, in which city, with whom, when — is decided by whoever receives the gift.

Fabulous cooking experience with Giovanni in his Palermo home - I highly recommend! What I loved most was the blend of traditional dishes with others that were unique to me. Lemon meatballs, homemade ravioli with orange and ricotta - oh my, such amazing flavors! Giovanni was instructive, engaging, flexible with menu and very knowledgeable and skilled about cooking techniques and magically blending flavors. The eggplant Parmesan was the best I’ve ever had in my life!! (P.S. for the American’s reading: you don’t bread the eggplant!). Cin cin!

We had the most amazing afternoon with Anna and Stefano! Anna was so warm and patient and taught us to make them most beautiful pasta. We feel like we went to our friends house for an afternoon, learned how to make beautiful Italian pasta, and had a wonderful lunch! I would recommend Anna and Stefano over and over to anyone! What an experience! Thank you both so much for your warmth and hospitality!

We had the most amazing night in our Scacce cooking class. It was more than a class. We did learn how to make scacce. Daniela was the most gracious host. We did the class in her home, which was lovely. We had the most amazing dinner. We had delicious appetizers, the scacce we made, homemade granita, and homemade Modica chocolate. My wife and I had a wonderful evening.

Daniella was wonderful! Her home was warm and beautiful and she made us feel like part of her family at her kitchen table. In addition to the Scacce we made together, she treated us to appetizers, wine and desserts that she made from home grown ingredients. Daniella was a gracious, warm and delightful host.
