Con motivo de este curso de cocina, abro las puertas de mi casa en San Giorgio a Cremano, en el corazón de Campania. Durante este curso de cocina, te guiaré paso a paso en la preparación de platos tradicionales, para que puedas llevarte a casa un pedacito de la cultura de Campania y reproducirlo en tu cocina.
Comenzaremos con un aperitivo de bienvenida, inspirado en las «ordure» del siglo XVIII extraídas del famoso libro de Cavalcanti. Serviremos queso, salami y nuestro pan con queso pecorino, según la tradición de nuestra familia. A continuación, entraremos en materia con una clase práctica de cocina en la que prepararemos juntos: scialatielli napolitanos, la salsa tradicional para acompañarlos y el famoso migliaccio napolitano. Concluiremos la experiencia degustando lo que hayamos preparado.

- My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful experience in Raffaella's home. We made pasta, sauce, and a dessert cake, all in the Neopolitan style. We toured her wonderful home, which she and her husband were proud to share. The frescos on the walls dated back to the 1600s AD! Despite her translator being sick and unable to attend, we got by with her limited English, our limited Italian and Google Translate! We share many laughs and had the most memorable experience. Would strongly recommend this booking. Also we enjoyed leaving the Napoli downtown area to visit another area. Was fortunate to be able to walk the streets near her home after the class!
