Non conoscevo le "Cesarine" mi hanno regalato questo buono per il mio compleanno ed è stato proprio azzeccato, visto che ultimamente mi piace cucinare e provare cose nuove. Com Chiara mi sono trovata bene e a mio agio. Insieme abbiamo cucinato l'erbazzone dove ho potuto imparare cose nuove come anche la preparazione del gnocco. Ha risposto a tutte le mie curiosità in modo competente e semplice. Abbiamo poi mangiato insieme quelli cucinato con un buon calice di vino. Sono contenta dell'esperienza e spero di tornare per imparare altre cose.

Our cooking class with Chiara exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the entire experience and would highly recommend her class. Everything went perfect. As a host, Chiara made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived and she did a great job of communicating with us before the class to ensure everything would go smoothly. As a teacher, Chiara was patient, fun, and incredibly helpful. She kept us well-informed through the whole cooking process and helped guide the way as we, complete amateurs, learned from a pro! The quality of the ingredients was top notch which made for absolutely delicious final products!!! Dinner wasn’t just great food, as we thoroughly enjoyed the company. Eating felt more like hanging out with friends rather than a classroom. This was a great benefit as it made us feel like we experienced an authentic piece of Italian culture. We also received plenty of great videos and photos from the experience! Please, do yourself a favor and take this class if you can!

Nuestra Cesarina Chiara vive en Reggiolo, un pequeño pueblo en la frontera entre Emilia y Lombardía, tierra del Po y de los Gonzaga. «Soy una chica joven que creció a base de tortelli y cappelletti. Mi abuela Luisa me enseñó a hacer pasta fresca y a preparar platos sencillos, pero ricos en tradición. Os espero para que podáis saborear esos sabores que para mí son sinónimo de hogar, autenticidad y compartir».
