    En la Toscana, muchos platos tradicionales son vegetarianos o veganos. En este curso de cocina prepararemos gnudi, un primer plato vegetariano, elaborado con el relleno de los raviolis, típico de las comidas dominicales, y malfatti al ragù finto, un primer plato completamente vegano elaborado con una salsa ragú de verduras de origen campesino. Completaremos nuestra experiencia con un delicioso tiramisú, elaborado con la receta familiar. A continuación, degustaremos lo que hayamos preparado en mi jardín a la hora del atardecer, un momento especial gracias al panorama que rodea mi casa. Los perros son bienvenidos, ¡harán compañía a mi Tosca!

    The cooking class was a blast. Sara and her son were so nice and welcoming it really felt like we were friends hanging out in their home. We learned a lot, ate the amazing food we made, and had a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.

    Me encanta redescubrir las recetas de mi madre y proponer platos típicos toscanos. Tengo masa madre y hago pan, pizza, focaccia, panecillos, piadinas, grissini, todo en casa utilizando diferentes tipos de harinas. También preparo platos veganos, pero tradicionales, que uno no pensaría que lo son. Mi cocina es rústica y sencilla, con un ojo puesto en la sostenibilidad. Hago postres caseros y dulces leudados.
